Gale, the sugars found in the juice that Linda has graciously provided the recipe for are all natural and because of the glycemic index rating of these fruits, (grapefruit juice (fresh)=48; orange juice (fresh)=46) they shouldn't affect blood sugar levels much. I hope this helps. Thanks Linda

Gale, the sugars found in the juice that Linda has graciously provided the recipe for are all natural and because of the glycemic index rating of these fruits, (grapefruit juice (fresh)=48; orange juice (fresh)=46) they shouldn't affect blood sugar levels much. I hope this helps. Thanks Linda

Could I drink this juice only if I do a 3 day fast? Meaning I'd have this juice for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
