Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion, large
- 1 tomato
- 1 spring onion/chives
- 2 Tbsp carrot, grated
- 2 Tsp green chili, chopped
- 1 Tbsp capsicum, chopped
- 1 Tbsp cabbage, shredded
- 1 Tsp green chili sauce
- 1 Tsp soy sauce
- ½ Tsp black pepper powder
- ½ Tsp turmeric powder
- 2 Tsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Chop carrots, cabbage, tomatoes, onions, carrots, capsicum and white of spring onions. Mix each of the veggies well using your hands.
- Break eggs inside a bowl.
- Add salt, 3 Tbsp water, turmeric powder, chili sauce, soy sauce, salt and black pepper powder and whisk the eggs till the mixture becomes frothy.
- Take a frying pan and warmth it.
- Use a ladle to pour the egg mixture and slowly swirl the pan in order that it spreads evenly.
